RareChat | Resilient leadership: What is your experience?

Leading a rare disease community is unique in its demands, and can be both rewarding and demanding. Whether you are a sole worker or part of a team, come and discuss with other rare disease advocates the challenges of juggling your own psychological wellbeing with that of your community.
Join us to discuss:
• The pressures and challenges you experience as a leader of a patient group
• How you deal with the pressures on your mental health and look after yourself personally
• Any barriers you have faced in accessing support for yourself
This RareChat is a collaborative effort between Beacon, Genetic Alliance UK and RareMinds and is planned with the aim of informing a series of workshops on emotionally intelligent and resilient leadership in Autumn 2022.
