In support of Youth Mental Health Awareness Day (7th September), we’re launching our #RareMinds: Youth Campaign to highlight the voices, experiences and challenges faced by teens and young adults in the rare disease community!
We want to hear from teens and young adults who:
- Have a rare condition
- Are a sibling of a rare disease patient
- Have been raised by parents who have a rare disease themselves
We want our rare youth to share their stories of personal resilience, challenges and experiences with us. You can tell your story in any creative format that you like, whether it be through video, art, music, photography, poetry, painting or another way of expressing yourself – the more creative the better!
If you’d like to take part, please submit your story to Blayne at firstname.lastname@example.org by th 30th September!
If you’re looking for more rare youth stories, check out Rare Youth Revolution.
