Young people who live with a rare disease often go unsupported, especially when navigating the transition from childhood to adult care. The Willow Foundation fills this gap by prioritising young adults who are living with a rare condition by providing special day experiences free of charge to young people aged 16 to 40 and their families.

Willow is the only national charity that provides uplifting, unforgettable and unique special day experiences for young people aged 16 to 40 who are living with a life-threatening illness.
Willow is prioritising reaching young adults with a rare condition, as we recognise there is very little support for these young adults, especially when they transition to adult services.
For young adults living with life-threatening illness, time is precious. However, for the families, everyday can feel like a challenge with all the complex medical care that is involved in caring for the young person. Willow is here to redress the balance. We are dedicated to helping young adults take time out with their loved ones, creating magic moments that become precious memories.
