Where is the showcase and how do I get there?
The showcase is taking place at America Square Conference Centre, London, EC3N 2LB.
As a central-London venue, we recommend travelling by public transport.
The closest train stations are:
- Aldgate
- Towerhill (step free access via manual ramp)
- Tower Gateway (step free access)
- Aldegate East
- Fenchurch Street
- Monument
- Liverpool Street (step free access)
America Square Conference Centre is 25 minutes away from St Pancras International Station (Eurostar), 30 minutes from London City Airport and within 60 minutes of London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Airports.
The closest car park is Minories Car Park, approximately 5 minutes walk from the venue.
Is there accomodation nearby?

The hotels listed above have no affiliation with Beacon. Delegates are responsible for their own hotel arrangements.
Will food and drink be provided?
Yes!
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, including tea, coffee and breakfast pasties. Lunch will include a hot fork buffet, fruit and a delicious selection of desserts.
Meat/fish and vegetarian options will be included as standard. Additional dietary needs can be met upon request. You can submit your catering requiremnts during the registration process.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue has step-free access via a lift and/or ramp and accessible toilets onsite.
If you have any accessibilty requirements, please note these on your registration form so we can ensure your needs are met.

Is there a charge for carers?
Free tickets are available for carers accompanying any paid and registered delegate.
Do you offer discounts on tickets?
An early bird discount is available until 1st September 2023.
We offer additional discounts for organisations looking to purchase 5 or 10+ tickets for their team. Get in touch with projects@rarebeacon to order your group tickets.
Will you have COVID-19 protocols in place?
The situation regarding COVID-19 is constantly changing. Our team will monitor this carefully and determine necessary protocols closer to the date of the conference.
In any event, attendees can expect:
- Hand sanitizers and anti-bacterial wipes throughout the conference rooms
- Facemasks on offer for any delegate who wishes to wear one
- A traffic light system for lanyards for delegates to express their level of comfort regarding social distancing
