If you ever find yourself grappling with self-doubt or imposter syndrome, know that you’re not alone!
This masterclass offers an opportunity to connect with others in the rare disease community who share similar experiences and to learn actionable strategies that will help boost your confidence.

Rare disease patient groups play a vital role in driving change for their communities. As healthcare professionals, industry stakeholders, and wider society may lack awareness or understanding of specific rare conditions, the responsibility often falls on patient groups to lead the way.
This crucial work frequently places advocates in new and unfamiliar environments, where they are under pressure to represent their entire community.
While striving to achieve advocacy goals, it’s normal to experience self-doubt and feelings of imposter syndrome. Recognising the value of your voice and building confidence is key to successfully advancing your mission and making an impact.
To support you in this journey, we invite you to join our online masterclass on tackling imposter syndrome.

The masterclass will…
- Provide you with practical strategies to help manage your imposter syndrome.
- Teach you confidence building techniques to help you lead with competence and confidence.
- Cover cognitive tools to help turn self-doubt into a motivational force.
- Provide a safe space to connect and share your experiences with other members of the rare disease community.
