Emma Damian-Grint
Fundraising Manager
Emma has worked in fundraising for over 15 years. Since joining Beacon in 2023, Emma has helped shape our fundraising and communications strategy. She is responsible for generating new and sustainable income streams for the organisation and meets regularly with funders to understand their priorities and create bespoke applications to align with their work. She helps steward existing funding partners and identifies new potential leads to maximise income for the charity.
Faith Walpole
Senior Fundraising Office
Faith joined the charity sector 2 years ago following her time at university studying Geography. As Beacon’s Senior Fundraising Officer, she is responsible for identifying and managing grant applications and strategically supporting the fundraising team. She works closely with a variety of stakeholders to form and maintain relationships and regularly attends a wide range of events to meet our beneficiaries and funders.
