Our Rare Disease Showcase brings the community from across the UK and beyond together for an full day of connection, collaboration, and celebration.
This year’s programme will spotlight the incredible innovations, research, and lived experiences shaping rare disease progress on a national scale – with an additional local focus on the inspiring work taking place in the North West.
Through a series of engaging talks and presentations, experts, advocates, and innovators will share their insights, real-world experiences, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Whether you’re a patient, caregiver, researcher, industry professional, or healthcare provider, this event is designed to spark ideas, amplify voices, and build bridges across our community.
Together, we can ensure no one walks their rare journey alone.

New for 2025!
This year, we’re introducing two dedicated breakout discussion sessions – designed to dive deeper into some of the most pressing and thought-provoking issues in the rare disease space.
Held in parallel to the main Showcase programme (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), these facilitated sessions will give attendees the chance to explore emerging themes, share perspectives, and contribute to forward-thinking conversations that matter.
Topics will be announced closer to the event, but expect engaging discussions that are highly relevant to anyone working to drive progress in rare diseases.
Spaces will be limited – so stay tuned for more details and get ready to join the conversation.
